LIVELIHOOD-ASSISTED ARBOS UNDERGO TNA AND EVALUATION

A Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Evaluation session for the SIFI Livelihood-assisted ARBOs was conducted last March 2024 at the SIFI Training Center, Talisay City with Mr. Rhoderick K. Samonte as the resource person.

The annual session for feedbacks and connections was implemented to provide interventions to the development of the ARBOs’ livelihood.

Activities like the Build a Tower and SWOT Analysis were organized to help ARBO representatives engage with their members and fellows. These were a premonition to the main goal of the session which was the holistic evaluation of the ARBOs.

The session was attended by 21 representatives from 11 ARBOs namely:

Based on the earlier activities, the participants shared their ARBOs’ strengths and weaknesses. They also talked about the internal and external factors that open their organization to opportunities and risks. Aside from that, the ARBOs listed the seminars and trainings that they have attended to further identify the workshops that they need to encounter.

With the Livelihood Program led by Alfael Belleza, the ARBOs anticipate new learning methods from the modules of SIFI.
