The GOLDEN SIFI STORY is a story writing competition organized by the Sugar Industry Foundation Inc. (SIFI) to mark it’s 50th year of service to the sugar industry come 2021.
Triumph over adversity must be at the heart of the story. The story must be in essay form and written in the first person point of view, which means that this has to be the writer’s own story. The entry may be about a struggle, a life-changing circumstance or perhaps the details of a hard life that was positively changed because of assistance facilitated or provided by SIFI.
