Victorias Milling Company’s new addition to their growing family trained for effective business communications on May 10, 207 at the SIFI Training Center, Talisay City.
A total of 15 participants, employed (14) Cadet Engineers and (1) Cadet Chemist attended the seminar-workshop aimed to upscale existing communication skill-set for effective workplace communications.
Participants were exposed to basics, kinds of both traditional and digital business correspondence including memo and business letter writing. Gender and non-violent communication were also discussed.
The Seminar-Workshop was facilitated by the two Resource Speakers, Ms. Mera F. Ledesma, Senior High School English Teacher at NOHS and Mr. Jundel Toriano, former SIFI Education and Communication Specialist, who shared their expertise on the module. / Angelica M. Hebionada, Training Specialist
