Last August 25 and 26, 2019, about 91 scholars attended the gatherings for the Educational Aid Program (EDAP) General Assembly and Orientation Meeting at Davao del Sur and Bukidnon area covered by SIFI.
The meetings were officiated by SIFI LMRO Program Coordinator Eunice Cama and Project Officer Joseph Bryan Sermonia. Highlights of the meetings revolved around the EDAP Orientation about SIFI and its components, discussion about the requirements needed by the EDAP program, followed by an open forum to make the scholars comfortable with the event, and an activity for them to know the worth of being associated with their new found family. These ongoing dialogues between scholars and SIFI staff are extremely important mechanisms provided by the foundation in order to maintain optimal education assistance services to its beneficiaries.
