A 3-day workshop was conducted by SIFI last June 26-28, 2018. As a strategic intervention for productive management, 19 beneficiaries were invited to participate in Organizational Development and Values Integration for North Block Farm beneficiaries. This training aims to enhance the processes that coop members undertake in assessing their organization and recognizing the values aligned to their shared collaboration.
The participants were able to develop their organizational skills through formulating strategic plans and drafting plans of action.
They were able to understand the organizational system as an outline for ongoing growth of the program in the context of sustainable operations. Moreover, the continuous progress of their Block farming activities can give significant impact for the management and efficiency of block farms.
